By engaging DRAFTED. for consultancy services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service:

Our service is advisory. We deliver a digital itinerary (PDF/Web-based) containing logistical plans and recommendations. We do not guarantee the availability or prices of third-party services until booked by the client.

2. Consultation & Fees:

Our bespoke design service is subject to a professional fee, which is agreed upon during the initial consultation phase based on the complexity of the trip. Work commences only after terms are accepted.

3. Limitation of Liability:

The client is responsible for verifying all travel documents (visas, passports), health requirements, and booking conditions. DRAFTED. is not liable for changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

4. Group Itineraries & School Trips:

For group bookings (including schools, institutes, or parties of 10+ travelers):

• Designated Leader: The group must appoint one "Lead Client" (e.g., a teacher or group organizer). DRAFTED. will communicate exclusively with this Lead Client regarding itinerary changes and logistics.

• Budget Adherence: We strive to find the most competitive rates. However, prices for flights and accommodation are subject to market fluctuation until booked by the client.

5. Intellectual Property:

All custom itineraries and guides provided are for the client's personal use only and may not be published, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Cancellation & Booking Terms

As a personalized consultancy service, our work involves significant research and planning time tailored specifically to your needs. Therefore, the following terms apply to all engagements:

1. Project Retainer (Deposit):

While our initial discovery call is complimentary, a deposit (typically 50% of the total agreed fee) is required to officially commission the project and begin the itinerary design process. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers our calendar reservation for your project, setup costs, and preliminary research time.

2. Cancellation by Client:

If you choose to cancel the consultancy service after the work has commenced but before the final delivery:

• The initial deposit will be retained by DRAFTED. to cover the work hours already invested.

• You will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

3. Final Delivery:

Once the final itinerary or digital guide has been delivered (via email, PDF, or interactive link), the professional fee is considered fully earned and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the trip takes place or not.

4. Digital Downloads:

For immediate access products (such as pre-made PDF guides), all sales are final.
